Two Rivers Ecological Reserve is located in the Kichwa Community of San Ramon, just 30 minutes from the city of Puyo, Ecuador. An incredible variety of wildlife calls these 55 hectares (136 acres) home. For groups that visit the reserve, groups will be met at the airport by their guide, and brought to the reserve in a private bus.
If you are already in Puyo and would like to visit for the day, it is easiest to arrive by taxi ($15.00). You can also arrive by bus. The Rio Tigre bus company leaves downtown Puyo at 6:15am, 11:30am, 2:30pm, and returns to Puyo from San Ramon at 8:30am, 1:00pm, and 4:30pm. The bus fee is $1.25 each way. To arrive at the reserve once in San Ramon, exit the bus at the school. Walk down hill, past the pink house on the right hand side, and look for the entrance sign to “Two Rivers Reserve” on the right. Follow the fork to the right for about 1km, and you have arrived.
